Return Policy

In Periche Profesional, with CIF B63379291 and domain shop.tempting.es, we are committed to offer high quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Our return policy is as follows:

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Return Conditions For the return to be accepted, please note that the products must be in the same condition in which you received them, unused and in their original packaging. No returns will be accepted for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service to inform about the return.
2. Send the products to the address we will provide you.
3. Once we receive the products and check their condition, we will proceed with the refund.

Refunds Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

Exceptions Personalized products or those that for hygiene or health reasons are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
